Walter Ernest Speer, 85, of Maywood, Missouri, passed away at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Durham United Methodist Church in Durham. Rev. Steve Martin and Rev. Earl Wiseman will officiate. Interment will be in Little Union Cemetery in Palmyra, Missouri. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra and after 9 a.m. Saturday at Durham United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Durham United Methodist Church.
