A 21-year-old Hannibal man faces a weapons charge following an incident Saturday afternoon.

According to police, officers were called to the 1500 block of Viley St. for a report of someone threatening people with a shotgun. During an argument between neighbors, 21-year-old Jason C. Estep of Hannibal allegedly retrieved a shotgun from a vehicle and pointed it at two people.

Estep was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and placed in the Marion County Jail on a 24 hour hold. On Sunday, the Circuit Court of Marion County issued a warrant charging Estep with unlawful use of a weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash only.

No one was injured during the incident.
