Dog fighting hearing continued

James Bush's preliminary hearing has been continued until Dec. 12.

He was arrested in Ralls County and faces several dog fighting charges there.

His brief appearance before Judge David Mobley had Bush's attorney requesting the continuance, but also said it may not be necessary the next time Bush is due in court.

Bush is not in any custody at this time.
