  • Truman State University student Melissa Kaye Walker of Hannibal has been awarded a scholarship in the amount of $500 from the Truman State University Foundation for 2012-13.
    Walker, a freshman political science and justice systems major, received the Dr. James J. Lyons Scholarship. Walker is the daughter of Ron and Kay Williams and attended Hannibal High School.
