Welch delivers address in Berlin

Dr. Eric Welch, formerly of Hannibal, was an invited speaker at the European Summit held Nov. 5-6 in Berlin. Welch’s presentation was entitled “Managing to Make Diversity Positive.”  

Welch is head of talent management & organizational development at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. He is responsible for training, performance management and organizational design and development for NATO Headquarters International.
