With additional charges filed against him, Trevor Hubbard is now facing more than a felonious restraint charge in Ralls County.
The 18-year-old, who lives at 53888 Hydesburg Road and whose full name is Richard Trevor Hubbard, has been charged with three additional offenses — second degree child molestation, sexual abuse and sexual assault.
Robert Rapp, Ralls County Assistant Prosecutor, made it clear at Hubbard's last court appearance Oct. 31 the felonious restraint charge would not be the final charge against Hubbard. Rapp sited allegations of forced rape by Hubbard's victim — later identified to be Hubbard's girlfriend and only identified the initials A.M. in court documents — from the probable cause statement.
Rapp also said Hubbard's victim was locked in a closet.
This isn't Hubbard's first time embracing these type of charges.
An order of protection was served on Hubbard on July 20, 2011, by the Ralls County Sheriff's Department. He was ordered not to abuse, stalk or molest the respondent in the case, who was identified as a child and as an acquaintance. That order of protection expired on July 15, 2012.
Hubbard is due in Ralls County Court at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday for a preliminary hearing. However it is unknown if the preliminary hearing will take place given the new charges.
