  • Folklife festival attracts huge crowds

  • People of all ages filled several blocks of North Main Street on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 20 and 21, at the 36th annual Autumn Historic Folklife Festival sponsored by the Hannibal Arts Council.

  • People of all ages filled several blocks of North Main Street on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 20 and 21, at the 36th annual Autumn Historic Folklife Festival sponsored by the Hannibal Arts Council.
    Laura Griffen and Archella Sharkey were selling kettle corn for Hydesburg United Methodist Church on Sunday, and they reported the church had record sales of kettle corn on Saturday.
    Additional details about the festival, including winners of several awards, will be posted later, along with a photo gallery. Also, an article will be published in the Tuesday, Oct. 23, Hannibal Courier-Post.
