    On Saturday, June second, Laura Frances North and Marco Aurelio DiGiulio were wed at Trinity Episcopal Church, Hannibal, with the Reverend Dawn Victoria Mitchell officiating.
    Francie is the daughter of Frank and Sara Anton North, Hannibal. Bridal attendants were Anna Laura (Anton) Thomas, Sara Elizabeth (North) Andreas and Sally Ruth Anton.
    The groom’s attendants were brother Mario, and friend, Justin Rapacz.
    Music was provided by Mrs. Julienne Burns, organist, and by Dr. Steven Cockrell, Nathan Hammock, Susan Humphreys, Sarah Gosney, and Toni Stanley Ratican, brass quintet. 
    A garden reception followed at 1001 Hill Street, the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Conley.
    The evening featured Madame Kae (Blecha), palm reader, a photo wall with Jenna Terry providing photography and dinner catered by Ole Planter’s Restaurant.
    The bride would like to acknowledge the extraordinary talents (and fortitude) of Ms. Burns for creating her custom wedding gown and the intricately designed cake as well as serving as organist.
    Bridal showers were hosted by Lisa Krewer, Chicago, the groom’s aunt, and in Hannibal by the bridal attendants, cousins and sister of the bride.
    A wedding brunch was hosted by Frances Clayton Hafner Roberts, Nancy Wagner Anton and Dr. Jill Anton Bousanquet.
    The rehearsal dinner, featuring Italian cuisine (amazing lasagna and Italian beef), was served to family and friends by Karen and Marcello DiGiulio, parents of the groom, at the reception location, 1001 Hill.
    The bride is a graduate of Cottey College, Western Illinois University and Dominican University, most recently earning a Masters in Library Science and Information Technology.
     A Navy veteran, the groom is also a graduate of Western Illinois University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation.
    The couple is employed by the Dept. of Defense, currently residing on Guam.
