    Mildred Elizabeth Smith, 77, of Hannibal, MO, died at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at the Willow Care Center in Hannibal, MO.
    Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 15, 2012, at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal, MO.  Pastor Michael Stoerger will officiate.
    Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2012, at the funeral home.
    Mildred was born on November 2, 1934, in Busch, MO, to Donald T. and Bessie Wheeler Lamberson.
    She was married on September 20, 1957, to Bernis E. Smith in Ralls County, MO.  He survives.
    Other survivors include: three children, Michael Smith (Rhonda), Kevin Smith (Hollie) and Christa Richmond (Carey) all of Hannibal, MO; six brothers, Arthur “Butch” Lamberson of Hannibal, MO, Joseph Lamberson of Farber, MO, Elton “Dan” Lamberson of Asburn, MO, Paul Lamberson of Vandalia, MO, Gary Lamberson of Moberly, MO, and Lawrence Lamberson of Oregon; five sisters, Maude Pflum and Ruby Perkins both of Bowling Green, MO, Shelly Young of Fulton, MO, Carolyn Patrick of Louisiana, MO, and Delores Young of Farber, MO; eight grandchildren, Andrea Coffman, Allison Smith, Zachary Smith, Alissa Smith, Austin Smith, Ashlynn Beadle, Isbella Potter, and Aubrey Potter; two great grandchildren, Nathan Bowen and Trenten Coffman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Jane and Louise Lamberson, Donna Rice, and Martha Doty; and her brothers, James and Gene Lamberson.
    Mrs. Smith was a homemaker. She loved to play bingo and attend garage sales. Mrs. Smith was a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary and the St. John’s Lutheran Church.
    Pallbearers will be Allison Smith, Zachary Smith, Alissa Smith, Austin Smith, Michael Tourney and J.D. Overstreet.
    Honorary pallbearers will be Andrea Coffman, Isabella Potter, Aubrey Potter, and Carey Richmond.
    Memorials may be made to the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary in care of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
