  •    A body found in the Mississippi River at Quincy on Sunday morning has bee identified as that of 40-year-old Robert Lee Justus.

  •    A body found in the Mississippi River at Quincy on Sunday morning has bee identified as that of 40-year-old Robert Lee Justus.
       Investigators used fingerprints and genetic data to identify Justus, whom authorities said had no permanent address.
       An Archer Daniels Midland worker spotted the body about 8:30 a.m. Sunday a quarter-mile from Lock and Dam 21and notified authorities. Fischer said investigators continued to make contacts in the case.
       Adams County Coroner Gary Hamilton said the body was that of a white man about six feet tall with a weight of 170 pounds. He was wearing dark dress pants, green socks, with a black and blue belt and Nike tennis shoes. There were no visible signs of trauma.
       Justus reportedly was last seen around Oct. 1. People with information about the case were asked to call the Adams County Sheriff’s Department at (217) 222-9360.
