  • The following incidents were reported Nov. 7 by the Hannibal Police Department.

    • Traffic tickets were issued on Church Street, Broadway and Grand Avenue, U.S. 61, Stardust, St. Mary’s Avenue, Grand and Warren Barrett Drive, Maple and Center, Fifth and Broadway, and Lyon Street.

  • The following incidents were reported Nov. 7 by the Hannibal Police Department.
    • Traffic tickets were issued on Church Street, Broadway and Grand Avenue, U.S. 61, Stardust, St. Mary’s Avenue, Grand and Warren Barrett Drive, Maple and Center, Fifth and Broadway, and Lyon Street.
    • Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Grace Street.
    • An abandoned vehicle was reported on Wardlaw.
    • Police investigated reports of improper parking, selling liquor to minors, loud noise, harassment, domestic disturbances, possible animal neglect, phone harassment, dogs at large, a juvenile problem and disturbances in progress.
    • A man was arrested after police were called to a fight in progress on Bird Street.
    • Stealing was reported at Kirlins in the Huck Finn Shopping Center.
    • A dog at large in Riverview Park was picked up and taken to the animal shelter.
    • Motorists were photographed running a stop light on U.S. 61 at state Highway 168.
    • Police were called to non-injury accidents.
    • Stealing was reported in the 100 block of North Third Street.
    • Property damage was reported in the 2100 block of Chestnut.
    • Stealing was reported in the 300 block of North Sixth Street.
    • Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of Paris Avenue.
    • A drive-off without paying for fuel was reported at 3827 Highway MM.
    • Six men and one woman were issued verbal warnings after the police contacted them on Lover’s Leap at 10:39 p.m. after park hours.
    The following incidents were reported Nov. 9 by the Hannibal Police Department.
    • A man was arrested on an active state warrant after the police responded to a domestic disturbance report.
    • Stealing was reported in the 2900 block of Starlight.
    • Police investigated reports of loud music, possible intoxicated drivers, illegal activity, parking complaints, a fight in progress, trespassing, phone harassment, disturbances and barking dogs.
    • Traffic warnings were issued at numerous locations.
    • Traffic tickets were issued at 30th and Moonlight, state Highway 79 and Union,  Palmyra Road and Pulliam, and Hawkins and Woodson.
    • Police were told suspicious people were on Mark Twain Bridge.
    • Three people were contacted on Lover’s Leap at 10:41 p.m. after park hours and were issued verbal warning about the park hours.
    The following incidents were reported Nov. 10 by the Hannibal Police Department.
    • Police investigated reports of a suspicious vehicle, dogs at large at several locations, loud music on Grand Avenue, phone harassment, a suspicious person and traffic complaints.
    • Property damage was reported on County Road 418.
    • Loitering was reported in the 2700 block of St. Mary’s Ave.
    • A burglary was reported at 21 Melgrove.
    • Police were called to non-injury accidents.
    • A drive-off without paying for fuel was reported at 1208 Mark Twain Ave.

    • Numerous drivers were photographed running a red light at U.S. 61 and West Ely Road, and at U.S. 61 and state Highway 168.
    • Stealing was reported in the 1500 block of Lyon Street.
    • Several traffic tickets were issued on U.S. 61, and at 30th and Starlight.
    • A ticket also was issued on state Highway 79.
    • A man, woman and female juvenile were contacted in Riverview Park at 11:58 p.m. after park hours. Verbal warnings were issued to the adults, and the juvenile was taken into custody for curfew and other charges.
