Blanche L. Steinmann Smith, 94, of Hannibal, passed away at 9:05 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at Beth Haven in Hannibal. Funeral services are pending at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal.
