Devan Miller gave the Hannibal High School girls’ swim team something to cheer about Saturday when she took home a first and third place finish at the Smith-Cotton Invite in Sedalia.Miller took first place in the 200 freestyle, beating out 29 other swimmers with a time of 2:20.74 and then placed third out of 17 swimmers in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:12.14.
