WHAT IS IT? The Hannibal compost lot is no longer being left open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week after items not meant to be left were dropped off.

It’s official: Larry Gibson’s name will not be on the April ballot for municipal judge in Hannibal. Tenth Circuit Judge Rachel Bringer Shepherd issued the decision Friday afternoon.
