You may never find Hannibal Board of Public Works vehicles parked at yard sales on Saturdays, but that doesn't mean the BPW isn't on the lookout for a good bargain. It took advantage of just such an opportunity recently when it purchased a pre-owned bucket truck that it found available on a federal auction site for surplus equipment.
