- The Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main, has �Two Exhibits In One� on display until Sept. 5, featuring seven artists. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The HAC is closed Sunday and Tuesday.
