Kenneth and Nancy Willing were honored on their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner with family and friends.
Nancy E. Brothers and Kenneth O. Willing were married Nov. 18, 1961, at the Fifth Street Baptist Church. Frances L. Kelly officiated. Their attendants were Dee Bankhead Taylor and Frank Willing.
Nancy is the daughter of the late Lucy Bonebrake Brothers and Marvin T. Brothers. Kenny is the son of the late Wilford O. Willing and Gladys Kohler Willing of Palmyra, Mo.
They are both graduates of Hannibal High School. Nancy is also a graduate of Gem City College in Quincy, Ill. Kenny is a Ralls County farmer and a retired truck driver from Bleigh Construction Company. Nancy is employed at Hannibal National Bank. They are members of Arch United Methodist Church. Nancy is also affiliated with Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
They have three sons, Mike, Matt (Lisa) and Scott (Michelle) all of New London, Mo.; six grandchildren, Alysha, Andy (Michelle) Austin, Morgan, Ashton and Nevaeh Willing; and one great-grandchild, Makayla Willing.
