Talbott ~ 40th

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Phillip Talbott of New London will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a reception from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at the Hannibal Nutrition Center. The event will be hosted by their three children.
Jacqueline Ruth and Roy Phillip Talbott were married July 19, 1969, at the Center Baptist Church, Center, Mo. The Rev. Edwin Hampton officiated. Maid of honor was Connie Walkey, sister of the bride. Best man was Donald Gene Talbott, brother of the groom.
Mrs. Talbott is the daughter of the late Stanley and Joyce Walkley. Mr. Talbott is the son of Helen Talbott and the late Donald Talbott.
Mr. and Mrs. Talbott are the parents of Michael Talbott (Tina) of Blue Springs, Mo., Cindy Jackson (Devin) of Center, and Ashley Talbott of Paris, Mo. They have five grandchildren, Christian, Allison and Brady Talbott, and Tyler and Shelby Jackson.
Mr. Talbott is employed at CMS Labs (International Eye Care) in Quincy, Ill. Mrs. Talbott is a housewife.
Phillip plays music, sings at an Opry and plays in a country band. He also likes golf and fishing when he has time. Jackie likes to do sewing and crafts. She enjoys going with Phillip on his music events. They also love to keep their grandchildren.
