Dorothy and Okie Haden of Burlington, Iowa, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary vacationing in Branson, Mo.
They were married Nov. 14, 1959, at First Christian Church, New London. Rev. A.R. Edlund officiated. Attendants were Edna Gillum and the late Robert Jameson.
The couple are parents of Dave, Quincy, Mass., Steve (Marge) Burlington, Iowa, and Eric, also of Burlington, Iowa. Their grandchildren are Courtney and Seth Haden; step-granddaughters are Bobbi (Les) Gaul and Billi (Brad) Spicer; step-great-grandchildren are Trystan and Zoie Gaul, all of Burlington, Iowa.
