Edward B. Gallagher, 39, of Moscow Mills, suffered moderate injuries in a truck accident at 10:10 p.m. Friday, May 2, in rural Lincoln County. He was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital West.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol in St. Louis, Gallagher was driving an eastbound 1994 Ford truck on Route C east of Rahmier Road. Officers said the truck went off the right side of the road, returned to the road and crossed the center line, then went off the left side and overturned. It slid on its roof before stopping on the road, facing west. Gallagher was not wearing a seat belt.
