Obituary: Charles A. Stafford, 73, of Hannibal

Charles A. Stafford, 73, of Hannibal, passed away at 4:03 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019, at Levering Regional Healthcare Center in Hannibal.

Graveside service and burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. Reverend Tim Goodman will officiate.

There will be no visitation at this time.

The family is being served by the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal.

Charles was born July 9, 1946, in Hannibal, to Henry Stafford and Mary Tharp Stafford.

Survivors include two sisters, Sharon Ator (Richard) of Jacksonville, Ill. and Marcia Edwards of Waverly, Ill.; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Charles enjoyed reading his Bible. He also liked to listen to music and watch TV, and in his younger years ride motorcycles.

He was a Christian by faith.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
