Hannibal Police Department ACES arrest 6 following 3 search warrants

HANNIBAL | The Hannibal Police Department's Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad officers executed three search warrants resulting in six arrests on Tuesday Jan. 14 and Wednesday, Jan. 15. 

As a result of the search warrants substances believed to be methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, along with a large amount of currency was seized.

ACES officers served a search warrant Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 1323 Vesper St., and three people were taken into custody.

John J. Vogel IV, 34, of Hannibal, faces a felony charge of delivery of methamphetamine. He was arrested on a Marion County warrant with a $50,000 cash only. A Hannibal Municipal warrant was also issued for Vogel for a contempt of court charge and a probation and parole detainer was issued. He also received summonses for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Nichole M. Vogel, 35, of Hannibal faces a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was arrested on a Marion County warrant with a $50,000 cash only bond. Vogel was also issued a Marion County probation warrant with a $20,000 cash only bond and summonses for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Clifford T. Icke, 39, of Hannibal, faces a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and was arrested on a Marion County warrant with a $50,000 cash only bond. Icke was also served two Marion County warrants for non-support, and a Hannibal Municipal warrant for contempt of court. He was also served summonses for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15, a search warrant was served at 225 Division Street. Three subjects were taken into custody.

Walter S. McFall, 34, of Hannibal was arrested on a Ralls County probation violation warrant with a $20,000 cash only bond and three Marion County probation violation warrants with $20,000 cash only bonds each. Warrant applications are pending for additional charges.

Amber A. Snyder, 27, of Hannibal, was arrested on a Hannibal Municipal warrant for stealing, and was released on bond. A warrant application is pending for an additional charge.

Officers also served a search warrant on Wednesday at 1300 Union Street.

Tina L. Smith, 41, of Hannibal, was arrested on a Marion County probation violation warrant and a Ralls County probation violation warrant, each with a $20,000 cash. Warrant applications are pending for additional charges.

The Hannibal Police Department was assisted by the Ralls County Sheriff's Department K9 Unit.
